Laura Elin (Rusch) Stedman Westphal died Monday, Nov. 17, 2008, at the Syracuse Good Samaritan Center. She was born Oct. 27, 1920, daughter of Herman and Bertha (Pound) Rusch. She married Elmer E. Stedman in 1940. They divorced in 1961. She married Carl Westphal in 1963. He died in 1988.
